Earwig and the Witch

The film starts with modest promise but quickly loses momentum due to lifeless CGI animation and aimless plotting. Just as the story becomes engaging with revelations about the band and Earwig's mother, it ends so abruptly that most critics felt they had only watched two-thirds of a complete film. The rushed, unsatisfying conclusion overshadowed any positive elements that had emerged.
