Tu Yaa Main starts poorly with a clichéd opening and fails to build convincing romantic chemistry between its leads, dragging through an hour of superficial relationship development. The film finds brief life when the survival thriller elements kick in around the midpoint, generating some genuine tension and eerie moments. However, it quickly deteriorates into repetitive, unrealistic creature encounters with poor VFX and frustratingly dumb character decisions, ending as a disconnected mess that feels unrelated to its opening premise.
