Tom & Jerry
Tom the cat and Jerry the mouse get kicked out of their home and relocate to a fancy New York hotel, where a scrappy employee named Kayla will lose her job if she can’t evict Jerry before a high-class wedding at the hotel. Her solution? Hiring Tom to get rid of the pesky mouse.

Tom & Jerry (2021) struggles throughout most of its runtime with reviewers consistently criticizing the focus on boring human subplots over the titular characters. The film peaks during classic chase sequences and wedding day chaos where the original cartoon spirit shines through. However, it opens poorly with an awful pigeons rap sequence and never fully recovers, hampered by ill-fitting modern music and too much time spent on stock human drama.
