Frank and Jane argue at the blues bar before she storms out
The film recovers from its midpoint lull with the spectacular Ghost pottery parody sequence, jumping from 6.0 to 8.5.
The sequel starts exceptionally strong with its praised opening sequence and maintains solid comedy throughout most of its runtime. While it hits a brief flat patch in the middle during relationship drama, it rebounds powerfully with standout parody sequences and physical comedy. The film successfully delivers the ZAZ style humor that made the original beloved, even if it doesn't quite reach those heights.
