Biggest Swing

The film drops sharply when President Eisenhower arrives, as the already strained premise becomes utterly unbelievable

I.Q. starts promisingly with Walter Matthau's praised Einstein and charming period setting, but struggles with weak chemistry between the leads and an increasingly implausible plot. The film works best in its quieter character moments and comedic scenes with the elderly scientists, but falters when the deception becomes too elaborate and unbelievable.
