Nick of Time starts strong with an engaging premise and Christopher Walken's compelling villain performance, but suffers from some pacing issues in the middle act before recovering with an exciting climactic sequence. Despite some repetitive moments and obvious conspiracy elements, the real-time format and solid performances from Depp and Walken keep the film entertaining throughout its brief runtime.
