Bedazzled
Elliot Richards, a socially awkward IT worker, is given seven wishes to get the girl of his dreams when he meets a very seductive Satan. The catch: his soul. Some of his wishes include being a 7 foot basketball star, a wealthy, powerful man, and a sensitive caring guy. But, as could be expected, the Devil puts her own little twist on each of his fantasies.

Bedazzled starts slowly with an uncomfortably awkward protagonist before finding its comedic footing once the wish sequences begin. The middle portion delivers the film's strongest comedy through Fraser's versatile character transformations, particularly the acclaimed drug lord sequence, while maintaining entertaining momentum through various wish scenarios. Though some found the ending less satisfying than the middle portions, the film succeeds as light, fun entertainment with positive messages about self-acceptance.
