The edited Rolling Stone article devastates Jessie and other gym members

Biggest Swing

The film crashes from Adam writing a fair article (5.9) to the devastating betrayal when his edited piece destroys Jessie and the gym members (4.2).

Perfect starts promisingly with the 80s gym setting and Travolta-Curtis chemistry earning modest praise, but suffers from an unfocused narrative and overlong aerobics sequences. The film reaches its lowest point during the predictable betrayal plotline before recovering slightly with a sincere but clichéd ending.
