Diary reveals Roschmann's war crimes in Riga concentration camp

Biggest Swing

Sharp drop from the compelling diary discovery (7.2) to the poorly executed Riga flashback (5.5), then recovery as the investigation gains momentum

The film starts strong with an intriguing setup and maintains solid thriller momentum throughout most of its runtime. While some mid-film sequences suffer from pacing issues and logical gaps, the investigation builds effectively toward a highly praised climactic confrontation that delivers the emotional payoff reviewers were seeking.
