A sorority moves in next door to the home of Mac and Kelly Radner who have a young child. The Radner's enlist their former nemeses from the fraternity to help battle the raucous sisters.

Neighbors 2 starts promisingly with crude humor that worked in the original but quickly becomes bogged down in heavy-handed political messaging and repetitive gags. The middle section particularly struggles with unfunny material and recycled jokes, but the film recovers somewhat in its final act with better physical comedy and a more satisfying thematic resolution around female empowerment.
