The film's biggest swing comes in the final act when the brilliant twist ending redeems a repetitive middle section that had lost many viewers.
Bodies Bodies Bodies starts with mixed reception as viewers find the Gen Z characters initially grating, builds effective suspense through the murder mystery setup, but sags in the middle with repetitive paranoid arguments. The film redeems itself completely with a universally praised twist ending that critics found original and cynical, elevating the entire experience.
