Wrong Turn 2 starts strong with shocking gore, dips significantly during character setup due to poor acting and clichéd writing, then recovers through inventive kills and Henry Rollins' commanding presence. The film succeeds as mindless gore entertainment despite fundamental storytelling weaknesses.
