Halloween Ends
Four years after the events of Halloween in 2018, Laurie has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.

Halloween Ends starts with a compelling opening that promises something different, but quickly loses audience goodwill as it sidelines beloved characters in favor of a rushed romance and contagious evil subplot. While the final confrontation between Laurie and Michael provides some redemption, most reviewers felt the film squandered the franchise's potential with poor pacing and misguided creative choices.
